Inquiries & Reservations
Leet Holdings LLC uses contact details, dates, guest and pet counts, property preference and information you provide to respond to inquiries and manage stays. Booking and payment information is handled through Hospitable and its connected payment services.
Earlier website inquiry and booking records may be retained in our private property-management records. Contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided.
Booking Services & External Content
Hospitable, payment providers, Facebook and other linked services have their own privacy policies and booking terms. This website also loads coastal photography from Pexels. Following a link or loading external content may share standard browser and network information with that service.
Website Media & Availability
Property photos and walkthrough videos are hosted on this website. The booking calendar displays reserved date ranges from Hospitable; it does not display guest names or reservation contact details. Private door codes and Wi-Fi credentials are provided through guest communications rather than the public welcome page.

Guest Reviews
If you submit a review on this website, we store your display name, numeric rating and review text for moderation. By checking the consent box, you give permission for those details to appear publicly after approval. We welcome honest reviews at every rating. Do not include contact details, access codes or other private information. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions. Website review averages include published website ratings only; platform ratings are shown separately with their source and date. Contact bookings@poinciana-palms.com to request a correction or removal.
Email Updates & Saved Homes
Newsletter sign-up stores your email address, consent version and subscription status. We send a confirmation link and add you to marketing updates only after you confirm. You can unsubscribe through the email link or contact bookings@poinciana-palms.com. Newsletter consent is separate from booking and inquiry communications.
Contact forms store the information you provide and send your inquiry to our bookings team. Please do not submit payment details, identity documents or private access codes. Hashed network identifiers limit repeated form submissions. Saved-home preferences and welcome pop-up dismissal are stored locally in your browser; they are not a guest account.
Our travel directory includes photography loaded from linked venues and travel services. Loading those images can share standard browser and network information with the image host.
